Number: MER0004853 The individualization department is responsible for the exclusive vehicle portfolio under the premium label MANUFAKTUR. Our range of tasks includes the development and implementation of individual equipment sizes for the top-end Mercedes-Benz series, including S-Class, Mercedes-Maybach, GLS and various AMG models. In addition to the design of high-quality exterior and interior sizes, we are responsible for small series, limited editions and highly individualized customer vehicles. We control the entire product development process from the first concept idea to the industrial implementation to the series start. In close cooperation with development, design, purchasing, production and international locations, we create exclusive customer experiences at the highest level.

As a student support, you accompany the project management and department management in day-to-day business as well as strategic and operational project topics.

Your tasks include: Support of the project management in the control of individualization projects for various top-end series, such as S-Class, AMG GT and GLS

Own implementation of analyses, research and benchmark investigations on product and project related issues

Preparation of decision bases as well as deriving recommendations for action for departments and management

Organisation, preparation and follow-up of project dates, workshops and voting rounds

Creation of Agenden, Protocols and Tracing Measures and Project Tasks

Construction, maintenance and evaluation of project, appointment and status overviews

Support in the coordination of product changes and offering adjustments in the MANUFAKTUR portfolio

Independent planning, implementation and follow-up of workshops including documentation of results

Creation of professional presentations, management documents and decision templates

Supporting department management in strategic issues, research and special tasks

Participation in preparing management appointments, events and communication formats

Support in the digitization and optimization of project management and reporting processes

The activity can begin from November 2026.

Studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable degree programme

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Safe handling of MS Copilot

Structured, independent and analytical procedures

High self-initiative as well as pronounced communication and organisational skills

Interest in premium vehicles, product individualisation and project management

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
