You shall take over the formal and professional examination as well as the processing of objections in the field of aids and in matters of aid, in compliance with the deadlines set and in the case of claims in the field of care. You examine individual case decisions, decide on the remedy of contradictions and draw up the final decision of opposition. In the interests of our insurers, You make comprehensible decisions, write individual letters of response and take over the service-oriented and understandable explanation of complex legal decisions and opposition decisions. If necessary, you will forward operations to the relevant departments. You continuously improve internal workflows. In addition, if necessary, you will participate in other areas of activity or projects of the department.

You have a successfully completed study with a focus on healthcare, BWL, law or a comparable subject, or have corresponding knowledge acquired due to equivalent activities and experience. You have expertise in statutory and aid law or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. You bring very good knowledge of the current MS Office programs. You are distinguished by very good oral and written communication skills. A high service orientation as well as a careful operation are of course for you.
