Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations Lead (m/f/d)

You guide our operational IAM team professionally and disciplinefully, set technical standards and accompany your team in demanding issues of authorization and integration You are responsible for the technical operation of our IAM – in particular directory services, cloud identity and authorization processes – and ensure that access rights across the entire Joiner/Mover‐/Leaver life cycle are provided correctly, efficiently and audit-proof You develop our IAM architecture, define role and authorization models, set up technical guidelines and ensure a high level of automation and standardization You implement operational security and compliance requirements, including handling critical permissions, SoD rules and recertifications, and translate BAIT/MaRisk provisions into concrete technical controls You bring new systems and cloud services technically clean “on board”, answer SSO‐/Identity integrations and ensure that interfaces to directory services and HR systems work robustly You analyze fault images, perform root cause analyses, provide sustainable solutions and establish a technical quality level that also convinces audits You create transparency about processes, risks and technical debts in the IAM and guide roadmap steps and improvements for team and platform

You bring several years of experience in technical identity & access management – ideally in enterprise or regulated environments – and you have already managed or controlled a team professionally or disciplinefully You have sound know-how in directory services (e.g. Active Directory / Entra ID), identity integrations and authorization processes as well as in the architecture and implementation of role and access models You have a technical understanding of automation and commissioning, can classify scripts, APIs or workflows and actively use them for quality assurance and efficiency enhancement You know regulatory requirements in handling permissions (BAIT, MaRisk) and you know how to technically anchor SoD rules, critical permissions and recertifications You think in standards, scalability and stability – not in ad hoc solutions – and can make technical decisions sound, clear and comprehensible You communicate safely between IT, security, disciplines and auditors:inside and in any situation, you can find orientation, clarity and structure Very good German language skills as well as good English skills
