Senior Expert Supplier Billing / Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

As a senior expert, you manage all the topics of supplier billing and work closely with the department management. Your activities include: Creditor accounting & supplier accounting Examination and booking of demanding supplier invoices in Germany and abroad, including: Taking into account international tax rules and reporting requirements Independent processing of special cases, escalations and complex contract constellations Experience in intercompany accounting and coordination with global companies Implementation of annual accounts activities (delimitations, provisions, evaluations) Digitalization, standardization, optimization & process design Working with digitalization and automation initiatives (e.g. electronic workflows, e-invoicing, process harmonisation, increasing automated bookings) Contribution to the development of the creditor organisation and global process landscape Identification of optimization potentials in processes and systems Technical and technical guidance and support of colleagues in Germany and abroad

You have completed commercial training or business studies and can demonstrate experience in the Group or internationally oriented industrial companies. We are also important: Embossed management skills for project-oriented teams Experience in technical-project-oriented industries (requestable) Very good knowledge of SAP FI/MM and electronic invoice processing systems Software assignment in cooperation with IT and external consultants Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and a high degree of enforcement readiness to travel in Germany and abroad
