Your tasks Own staff planning and organisation in shift operation Self-employed work and maintenance of production facilities and facilities Self-responsible elimination of disturbances Responsible for proper maintenance (planning, monitoring and implementation) Capture and analyse the committee parts and solely responsible introduction of improvement measures Monitoring and compliance of order / cleanliness in line according to the 5S method Implementation of safety and environmental provisions Ensuring compliance with the rules of the Magna production system in the daily workflow, in particular the documentation of the key figures. Continuous implementation of CS activities and their implementation Enrolment of new colleagues and implementation of employee talks

Your preferred qualifications Successfully completed industrial and technical training Multiannual professional experience (>3 years) in production (automotive), ideally with personnel management (scientific & disciplinary) Loadable team player with strong sense of responsibility and enforcement Self-organization and coordination in the field of production as well as a high degree of reliability, quality understanding and ready-to-use work on the 3-shift and weekend work Safe handling of MS Office
