Engineer/technician for building maintenance and structural fire protection (m/f/d)

You are responsible for rebuilding, repairing and refurbishment measures at construction facilities and facilities (e.g. roof renovations, replacement of fire protection doors) from planning to acceptance and organize assigned maintenance activities. You test and revise fire protection concepts, develop brand-protection detailed solutions as well as design planning (e.g. fire debris) and evaluate buildings and individual components in terms of their structural requirements for fire protection. You take over the technical clarification as well as the work preparation, taking into account internal and external requirements in terms of work, fire and radiation protection as well as operational framework conditions. You draw up documents such as change advertisements or construction applications and supervise the corresponding constructional approval procedures. You create tender documents including performance directories for various construction and expansion plants and maintain technical documentation for plant and operating documentation or for any necessary modifications.

You have a degree in civil engineering or you can demonstrate similar knowledge in one of the above-mentioned fields of work with a further education as a technician (m/w/d) and a multiannual professional experience. You have the qualification as a specialist plannerin (m/w/d) for fire protection or are specialist building managersn (m/w/d) for fire protection and motivates you to continue to qualify as a specialist planner*in (m/w/d). You bring professional experience in the maintenance of technical renovation and repair measures and knowledge in fire protection, building regulations and building contract law. You convince with your technical overall understanding and your practical approach. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince with a very good oral and written expressability.
