Construction Manager as Project Manager Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

As a construction and project manager, SWARCO is responsible for the timing, cost and quality control of infrastructure and civil engineering projects. You coordinate and run after-contractors, suppliers and assembly teams, thereby ensuring the contract-compliant project execution according to VOB and BGB The creation and testing of scales, yields and follow-up negotiations as well as the construction site and construction workflow planning are within your task You conduct construction meetings with clients, authorities and specialist planners You take over the acceptance, commissioning and transfer of plants to the client The coordination of traffic management during ongoing construction measures and occupational safety and compliance with environmental and quality standards are your responsibility You act as an interface between civil engineering, electrical engineering and traffic engineering

You have several years of experience as a construction manager or Project manager in civil, road or infrastructure engineering You have well-founded knowledge of VOB/B, VOB/C and ZTV-ING as well as experience in follow-up and claim management You know how to lead a team and motivate to the best Entrepreneurial thinking and action is natural for you You work structured, solution-oriented and enjoy work in the team You communicate safely in German and enter into negotiations confidently and vigorously Knowledge of traffic engineering, traffic safety or experience with traffic regulations as well as BIM-knowledge are advantageous
