In October 2021, the new TANTRIS MAISON CULINAIRE was reopened with two independent restaurants and a bar as an independent destination. In March the menu restaurant TANTRIS with two Michelin stars and our A la carte restaurant TANTRIS DNA awarded a Michelin star.

Support of the Demi Chef, Chef de Rang and Oberkellner in the station A perfect, attentive and accommodating service Beverage and food service Coffee and tea service Support in the incorporation of trainees Mise en Place for service Exercise of main tasks on their own responsibility (goods control, inventory care, stock orders) with the support of supervisors Credit and make-out of total sheets (gas accounts)
