Customer Advisor - Heating Technology / SHK (m/f/d)

The fact that our boilers and furnaces are significantly below all the required limits is obvious. You are the central point of contact for our customers: You provide expert advice by telephone and video chat on all technical questions concerning our heating technology. You independently analyze complex problems, develop accurate technical solutions and accompany their implementation. In close cooperation with sales and product development, you will continue to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. You document all consulting processes carefully in our CRM system and help constantly expand our internal knowledge database.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic:in SHK, a further training as a master:in, technician:in or a comparable qualification in the field of heating technology. In addition, you already have several years of professional experience in the heating industry, ideally in an advisory function. With your communicative and service-oriented way, you can easily explain technical facts by phone or video. A self-contained, structured way of working and a safe way to use common PC applications. You communicate in English in word and writing; good English skills are a plus.
