Industrial safety specialist / HSE Manager m/w/d Location: Hamburg Nord Reference number: 2026-1017 Working time: full time, part-time

Responsible advice and support for projects in the field of occupational health, health and environmental protection (HSE) by means of safety checks and action catalogues Implementation of our HSE culture in the operational units Support for executives in the further development and implementation of HSE culture, e.g. in the design ''Day of Work Security'' Proactive development of measures to reduce the frequency of events (TRCFR) and to develop measures from accidents at work, incl. Preventive measures, such as integration of occupational safety targets in the workplace First contact for all employees, executives and authorities in the regional area in emergency situations Development of training/training materials for operational units, implementation of field trials (PSA, tools, work equipment), market research and independent development regarding innovative solution variants)

Technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer/plant mechanic or the like, ideally with training for the specialist for safety / HSE specialist - also technicians / masters from the field of electrical engineering / electronics / electrical engineering / plant mechanics or alternatively studies with B.Sc. electrical engineering / mechanical engineering / safety technology Ready to travel < 20 % within a radius of approx. 150 km Own initiative, willingness to innovation, structured working, team capacity, presentation skills, strong communication skills and reliability Work security is your heart!
