Comprehensive support: You treat male children and adolescents aged 15 to 19 with sexually inconsistent behavior, binding disorders, as well as traumatizations through violence experiences. Target-oriented help planning: You are responsible for the creation and implementation of educational, therapeutic and school or professional development goals and support the therapeutic work in the integrative educational setting. Documentation: You document your daily work carefully in care reports and documentation as well as in education planning. Parent work and network work: You shape cooperation with parents, authorities and other bodies and act as a connecting element between young people and external partners. Teamwork and shiftwork: You value a varied activity and work flexibly in shiftwork in a multi-professional team.

Qualification: state-approved educator (m/w/d), social pedagogue (m/w/d), social worker (m/w/d), health education (m/w/d) or comparable Experience: Ideally, you have already worked in stationary youth assistance. Additional qualification: A training in sexual education and experience in work with sexually striking young people or youth assistance. Mobility: You have a passenger car license and can accompany the young people on appointments. Detection of existing masonry protection (titer detection) and an extended guidance certificate when hiring.
