In Seevetal we are looking for production staff (m/w/d) for use in a 3-shift operation. This exciting and varied role is particularly suitable for dedicated professionals and professionals with up to three years of experience. You become part of a collegial team that actively supports you and gets the opportunity to actively contribute your skills in an industrial environment. The daily work includes both independent tasks and teamwork, where precision and responsibility are central.

• Easy operation and monitoring of various production plants
• Implementation of quality tests and documentation
• Self-improving minor technical disturbances
• Sorting and packaging of products according to specifications
• Compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines
• Coordination with colleagues for a smooth production process

We are looking for

For this role we are looking for motivated personalities who like to work in 3-shift operation and enjoy practical activities. Professional experience is helpful, but no requirement, as all necessary skills are provided on site.

• Completed schooling
• Technical understanding and learning
• Teamability and reliability
• Physical loadability and work motivation
• Flexibility in terms of working hours (3 shifts)
• Basic knowledge of German language
