Data management You take responsibility for the management and quality of data in Global Operations, for example for our driver data The piloting, execution and monitoring of measures to improve data quality and to create a uniform data base also falls within your area of responsibility You are creating reports for management and BNP Paribas Group and external service providers Together with the teams in operations, sales and business transformation, you establish guidelines, processes and tools to anchor sustainable standards You monitor the relevant data quality metrics and start the corresponding reports

Data analysis and visualization You can support management and departments with data-based recommendations, in particular for process optimization You develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making You analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights that cause process improvements and cost savings Of course, you work with projects and initiatives within Global Operations EXPERTISE & SOFT SKILLS THE BRING YOU WITH You have a university degree, preferably with reference to data management, information systems, etc. You can already look back on experience in data management, data analysis or business intelligence – ideally in banking or automotive environment You have a very good understanding of data structures and processes You bring experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau and very good knowledge in handling Excel as well as other Microsoft Office products You have analytical thinking, a structured way of working and high self-responsibility Experience in dealing with different stakeholders facilitates your daily work You bring communication strength and the ability to easily represent complex relationships with - both fluent in German and English
