New Product Introductions / Go-To-Market plan and run commercial launches, make all launch departments-ready (Product, Sales, Marketing, KAM, Support) ensure consistent messaging in every channel, including D2C Commercial Steering + Sales Enablement create pitches, playbooks, and battlecards together with Marketing & Sales train sales teams on positioning, arguments & target groups Business Analytics leadership lead the Sales Business Analyst analyse sell-in/sell-out to identify opportunities & risks portfolio & distribution gap analysis incl. recommendations for KAM Quarterly commission calculation for the sales force Business Intelligence improvement Continuing level up our BI dashboards, data models & reporting logic build standards for commercial steering
3–6 years in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or GTM roles Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar strong project management & cross-functional communication skills data-driven mindset (BI affinity highly welcome) knowledge of retail marketing & retail sales structures (DE is a plus) You love ownership, and you turn plans into impact
