• As a Senior Referent (m/w/d), you will conduct and coordinate projects and working groups on accounting and policy issues.
• You will continue to develop accounting methods according to HGB and IFRS and address key issues with a focus on financial instruments and non-FI expertise.
• They cooperate with our areas of capital market, treasury and risk controlling, as well as professional and technical application managers, to identify products in the financial statements and to ensure their implementation in the financial systems.
• They evaluate balance sheet issues, if necessary, they agree with auditors and prepare the results for different target groups.
• They assess ad hoc questions on product balance and facts and develop practical solutions.
• They follow new accounting laws and accounting standards, accompany their implementation and contribute to lobbying.

This will bring you

• Successfully completed studies of the business economy, economics, legal sciences or a comparable subject
• Multiannual professional practice in a comparable function in the banking environment or in an auditing company, including experience in supporting or managing projects
• Knowledge of national and international accounting according to HGB and IFRS; supervisory or tax knowledge are advantageous
• Routinized in mapping and evaluating bank products, familiar with processes and control systems in the financial sector and risk management of a bank
• Very good German and English in word and writing
