Responding as a driving force You control complex construction projects from strategic planning to successful handover. You set the course for project success by taking over the operational construction and project management and ensuring compliance with costs, dates and quality standards. You lead and develop your team from project management, plan your personnel deployment ahead and promote a culture of excellence and cooperation. As a central contact person, you’ll plead the relationships with our contracting and strategic partners and conduct negotiations at eye level. You actively drive the digitization of our construction processes and implement innovative project management methods to increase efficiency and transparency.

You have successfully completed a master's degree in civil engineering or a similar field. You bring at least 10 years of professional experience in project management in the construction industry, including leadership experience and budget responsibility – ideally in the industrial environment. Your expertise in project and risk management is well-founded and you use it to make projects a success. You think entrepreneurial, trade targeted and take full responsibility for your projects and your team. You drive digital processes forward, have a high readiness to travel for Germany-wide projects and are happy to join us. German language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
