Requirement management: collection, analysis and prioritization of requirements across multiple scrum teams that are grouped and share resources - ensuring the cross-sectional distribution of work packages with uniform utilization of several teams

Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with our internal customers from the development departments to consolidate different interests and identify the maximum value added

Team leadership: expert and organizational guidance of several interdisciplinary teams from Product Owner, programmers and other disciplines to ensure successful software development

Cooperation: coordination with all other Scrum teams to standardize methodology, create synergies and promote general cooperation

Planning and reporting: Capacity and budget planning in regular planning phases and within a challenging internal performance calculation

Strategy work: Operationalisation of higher-level strategies and active participation in overarching initiatives

Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a product owner in software development and ideally in a technically complex environment as well as scaled environment

Education: A successfully completed study in economics, computer science, physics, mathematics or equivalent qualification

Project management: Detectionally applied experience with agile methodology (including Scrum and Kanban) as well as extensive experience with classical project management methods

Communication strength: Excellent communication and presentation skills to understand complex technical issues and to motivate teams

Technical understanding: Knowledge of software development, programming languages and modern technologies to understand technical requirements and challenges

Knowledge: At best an affinity for physics, mathematics and mechanics as well as lithography

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
