The STRABAG Property and Facility Services Group (STRABAG PFS) is an integrated building solutions provider, leading in digital and technical competence. For our customers, eco2solutions delivers sustainable solutions in every life cycle phase of the property – from the office to industrial and production sites, logistics centers to engineering buildings and data centers. Our building solutions include technical facility management, infrastructure facility management, building technology, property management and special industrial services. They are responsible for the management, coordination and motivation of a team of approx. 15 employees in the field of electrical installation and maintenance You take over the planning, organization and monitoring of electrical maintenance and maintenance measures as well as new installations in the supervised properties Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, safety regulations and quality standards (e.g. VDE standards, occupational safety). Close cooperation with other specialist departments, external service providers and customers to ensure smooth operation and satisfaction of clients

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electricians, electronics technicians, mechatronics technicians) or comparable qualification, with a further training as technician or master Professional experience in electrical installation and maintenance, ideally in the leadership of a team in facility management or a comparable industry You have experience in leadership and motivation of employees and have pronounced communicative skills They are structured and can coordinate several tasks simultaneously Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VDE, DIN) and safety regulations in the electrical sector Team player with enforcement capability: They like to work in the team and create motivation for your employees and promote their performance Good computer skills (MS Office, ideally CAFM systems or similar software)
