Our client is an internal service provider for the construction and renovation of construction projects in the public sector. The range of services includes commercial buildings, residential buildings and representative construction projects with high social relevance.

As a junior project controller (m/w/d), the project teams support you in the commercial management and monitoring of construction projects. You work closely with the project management and ensure transparency in costs and risks. The role is ideal for professional starters (m/w/d), who want to bring a strong understanding of numbers and develop in the construction project management.

Support in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of project budgets Current cost control and nominal actual comparisons Participation in forecast development and in cost deviation analyses Working with the follow-up management Creation of regular project status reports Maintenance of project-related control tools and databases

Complete studies in the field of business management (with focus on controlling) or comparable qualification First practical experience in the field of construction, project management or controlling desirable (e.g. through internships or student work) Very good knowledge in MS Excel; Experience with controlling or ERP systems, in particular SAP, of advantage Analytical thinking and high numerical affinity Structured, reliable and detailed operation Solution-oriented mindset and joy in process-optimizing work
