The goal of the job is to run the business intelligence team as well as to redefinition the strategic role and processes within the business intelligence team. Professional leadership of the business intelligence team Monitoring compliance with business guidelines, legal provisions, work instructions and workflows Technical responsibility for reporting databases and their quality Management and development of business intelligence processes Development of optimization proposals for existing and new reports and to increase efficiency Implementation and Compliance of a Quality Management Process Cross-departmental, service-oriented cooperation with all relevant interfaces Training of relevant departments to use reports Active participation in working groups and projects as well as the acquisition of project management tasks and special work.

Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree courseMultiannual professional experience in data analysis/data mining Trusts with modern BI and analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx) and programming skills in Python/R Safe handling of large amounts of data, versed in the interpretation of data and very good Excel knowledge Self-responsible work, ability to address analyses and reports according to target groups and to work precisely under time pressure Implementation strength, customer and service orientation, team capacity, ability to gather people for a common strategic vision Flowing German and good English skills, certain French skills are advantageous Experience in Management Benefit
