Operations Manager for Industrial/Building Cleaning with Career Development Opportunities (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, medium-sized family company in the region south-west of Stuttgart/Nordschwarzwald, which offers a wide range of services for building cleaning. A company manager (m/w/d) is looking for an indefinite and long-term fixed position at the location in the Nagold/ Calw area. The position is aimed at masters in the building cleaner craftsmanship with multi-year professional experience as well as managers with first touch points in the facility management who are willing to work deep into the industry.

Operational management and monitoring of daily operation Organization & planning of operations, supply creation incl. Calculation Main contact partner for customers: regular communication, ensuring cleaning quality & customer satisfaction in cooperation with the object managers Responsibility for quality assurance & work safety, development and implementation of process improvements Head of the team for special glass cleaning, leadership responsibility including training and development of employees

Multiannual management experience, ideally in facility management, in building cleaning or in a comparable service area Commercial studies or training with good business understanding. Professional qualification (e.g. building cleaner master) or the willingness to acquire it with support. Management and communication strength in handling employees and customers Independent and structured working, combined with entrepreneurial thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality Routinized handling of IT-based processes and MS-Office as well as very good German skills
