Trainee Facility Management (m/f/d)

You support and accompany the management of construction in the implementation and commissioning of various construction projects In the maintenance of buildings and construction facilities for drinking water treatment and distribution, for example, high tanks or pressure-increasing systems – including the associated industrial plants You instruct and coordinate inspection, maintenance and repair measures and keep the operational processes in mind You are organising and controlling measures for troubleshooting and deficiencies You coordinate external service providers and monitor dates, quality and compliance with all relevant regulations and regulations You support the clarification of structural questions and accompany construction-related procedures – if necessary also taking into account the conservation of monuments You work with the creation of technical drawings, concepts and documentation and keeps stock documents up to date You carry out regular building state records and assessments – both indoors and outdoors You get a close support, an appraisal mentoring and build a strong network during the program A multi-company workshop series awaits you to expand your strengths and an exciting exchange with the other trainees

You have a Bachelor degree in Facility Management, Technical Building Equipment (TGA); Engineering or Civil Engineering Your knowledge of heating, ventilation and sanitary technology as well as relevant standards (VOB, HOAI, operator responsibility etc.) are safe You understand technical relationships at the moment, quickly collects complex facts and find solutions You like to work independently and efficiently in the team Your good written and oral expression as well as safe appearance could be demonstrated by internal and external interlocutors You could already gain first practical experience through internships or student work You master MS Office and have ideally made first experience with CAD software A willingness to work in the field service as well as a class B driver's driving licence
