The following tasks are in your task:

■ You support the management in operational day-to-day business, coordinate and prioritise operational and strategic issues and ensure smooth coordination.

■ You control internal communication, prepare meetings in terms of content and organization, structure decision-making processes and ensure accurate and understandable processing of relevant information.

■ You accompany internal projects across the entire lifecycle - from target definition to resource and milestone control to budget monitoring.

■ You analyze complex data, create meaningful reports, identify areas of action and support in the design of process optimization and efficiency enhancement measures

■ You identify potential for improvement in the organizational environment and drive their implementation with high self-initiative and enforcement strength.

■ You perform administrative and organizational tasks such as document creation and management, scheduling and internal budget controls and ensure their professional execution.

■ You have a completed degree with business components and brings professional experience - in assistance, project management or consulting.

■ You bring a good understanding of business relationships, have a good sense of strategic questions and are interested in the consulting and IT environment.

■ You have a pronounced analytical mindset, recognize relationships quickly and can prepare complex information structuredly.

■ You work independently, solution-oriented and do not lose the overview even with high timing.

■ You are strong in communication, you are confident and move safely at all hierarchy levels and know how to deal with confidential information.

■ You use MS Office 365 safely, integrierst new digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) with enthusiasm in your working day and ideally have experience in dealing with business networks such as LinkedIn.

■ Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and occasional readiness to travel complete your profile.
