Processing and coordination of returns, warranty cases and customer complaints Testing of returned goods for damage, defects and operability Documentation of test results and service cases in the ERP system Create cost proposals, delivery notes, invoices, credits and cancellations Coordination and forwarding of service cases to internal departments or external service providers Proactive communication with customers Performance and documentation of adjustment work on guitars and bass including quality control

A completed commercial vocational training or corresponding professional experience are advantageous, even cross-comers are expressly desired. Experience in handling an ERP system is advantageous Fun, sensitivity and sense of responsibility for first-class customer service Joy in handling customers, good expression, flexibility, teamability and reliability Knowledge of the testing of goods for damage, defects and functionality is desirable Product knowledge in the field of musical instruments and accessories Very good German and good English skills
