Processing of shipping orders: You are responsible for handling shipping operations for our locations Creation of shipping documents: You create all transport-accompanying documents and shipping documents and determine the required cargo space for smooth handling. Disposition and control: They ensure the timely loading and monitor the course of the shipment. Loading planning: You plan and consolidate shipments from the dispatch points and thus ensure efficient logistics. Tracking and processing of complaints: They track shipments and process complaints professionally. Inquiries and communication: They process in-depth inquiries via tickets, e-mails and telephone and regularly communicate with different interfaces, e.g. sales.
