How does your working day look

• Processing incoming requests by phone and e-mail
• Documentation of all requests in the ticket system
• Fixing problems and errors in the app (Troubleshooting)
• Implementation of workarounds in known errors
• Support in the identification and registration of users
• Advice on the functions of the app
• forwarding of inquiries to insurance services to the relevant departments

• Experience in customer contact, ideally in technical support
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Experience in handling computer systems and IT tools
• Empathic communication at eye level
• Technical interest, especially for mobile apps
