One of our main areas of work is the need-oriented care of asylum seekers in institutions and the support of refugees. For our work in the refugee accommodation Schkeuditz/Dölzig, we are looking for support from 01.11.2025 by employees in full or part-time (at least 32 hours/where) who, with heart, enthusiasm and flexibility, support our residents of all productions, ages and various family constellations. Care of asylum seekers on site in the daily routines in shiftwork (spring/spring/night) Support for social support professionals in their tasks Support for asylum seekers in the exercise and compliance of all appointments (authorities, doctors, etc.) and supervision and support of the AGH measures Organisation, implementation and documentation of daily operations in the facility (on and off, furnishings of rooms, dining room supervision etc.) Implementation of the anti-violence concept of the institution and enforcement of the rules of housekeeping and behaviour Prevention or conciliation of conflicts between residents and the implementation of deescalating measures Maintenance of the personal recording system, occupancy management, organization and control of the equipment (room, dining room) Cooperation with internal departments within the facility Dölzig and, if necessary, the office in Leipzig-Mockau
