Your daily tasks:

• Implementation of welding work in the WIG and MAG process
• Preparation of workpieces (e.g. tearing, cleaning, fixing)
• Reading and implementing technical drawings and welding plans
• Conducting welds on components, constructions and machines
• Testing of welding seams for dimensional accuracy and quality (visual control, possibly with measuring means)
• Finishing of welds (slides, deburring, cleaning)
• Ensuring safety during welding
• Documentation of work

Take this with you:

• Complete training in a metal profession (e.g. metal builder, construction mechanic, industrial mechanic) or many years of professional experience as a welder
• Valid welding tests according to DIN EN ISO 9606 for WIG and/or MAG (depending on application)
• knowledge of technical drawings and welding plans
• Experience with various materials (e.g. steel, stainless steel or aluminium)
• Craft skills, precision and quality awareness
• Physical resilience and willingness to shiftwork
• Teamability and reliable, independent operation
