Your tasks:

Participation in ensuring automated lease management at operational level, such as the timely collection of all business incidents in contract management and application of digital tools Ensure all contract management business transactions acquired within the scope of automation (including contract creation) Process monitoring & quality control of automated processing for (partial) automated business transactions Processing of remindings Ensuring lease adjustments, including indexing, as well as guarantees and security deposit management Own-sponsored cooperation with various organisational units and interface partners for the implementation of measures, guidelines and collection of information Support in projects with technical knowledge

Your skills:

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification First professional experience in relevant fields of activity Knowledge of the contract design of lease contracts according to BGB Secure knowledge in handling MS Office Experience with E-Calculation Requirement, ideally with the DRC module of SAP Experience with S4/Hana, SAP RE/FX desirable High level of flexibility with regard to work tasks and the adoption of special activities Embossed communication skills and conscientious operation Good English knowledge (Mind. B2) German language skills in word and writing
