Civil Engineer / Architect / Energy Consultant / Construction Technician (m/w/d)

For our department Stadterneuerung Südwest we are looking for long-term reinforcement for Stuttgart or Heilbronn or Heidelberg at the next possible time: Projektmanager / Full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week)

They work in a team consisting of project managers:inside, construction engineers:inside and assistant:inside, and perform the following tasks: Technical assistance and technical evaluation of municipal and private construction measures in programme areas of urban development Implementation and documentation of building surveys (subject assessments, cost estimates for modernisation and repairs) Consultation on the further development of buildings, in particular with regard to energy recovery Consultation of building owners:inside and municipal contact persons:inside Decrease of building modernizations Auditing of interim and final accounts Support and close cooperation with project management Working with the design of quarterly solutions

Studies in construction or, with corresponding experience, completion as a state-tested construction technician in construction Designed as a building energy consultant, as well as for non-residential buildings Funded knowledge of the renovation and modernization of buildings Impressed team and communication skills, high service orientation, organisational strength and a structured and independent way of working recognition of priorities and high quality and responsibility Used in handling MS-Office
