Head of QM Systems (m/f/d)

As Head of QM Systems in full or part-time, you are responsible for maintaining and strategic development of a functioning QM system based on internal and external requirements. You support the implementation of the Group's quality policy through the creation of company-wide group standards on QM and product safety and the relevant IT systems (including SAP DMS for the QM manual). In this context, you will conduct independent international quality projects. You are responsible for auditing and certification. This includes the planning and implementation of internal audits in group functions, the management of certification audits (IFS, BRC, FSSC, Rainforest Alliance, RSPO, MSC/ASC) with the certification company, assistance in implementing standards and certifications in the plants. You are responsible for the Rainforest Alliance and RSPO standards and have the powers and overall responsibility for implementing and ensuring all applicable requirements. You advise and support the works and group functions related to Implementation of the standards for quality standards, mapping and implementation of QM processes, certifications as well as internal and external audits, among others, by organizing trainings for example HACCP. In addition, you are responsible for quality reporting. This includes tracking of quality KPIs as part of the monthly QM review as well as the annual review. You conduct a team of 6 employees in a disciplined and professional manner and take measures for their personal and professional development. You have budgetary responsibility for your cost center and work accordingly in the budget planning process. You will develop and control measures for strategic orientation, fulfillment of market and customer requirements as well as continuous development and efficiency enhancement in your area.

You have a master or comparable degree in food chemistry/technology. You also have at least 2 years of professional experience in quality management of the food industry. You have strong expertise in HACCP and its practical implementation, audits and requirements of the GFSI standards. You are conceptual work as well as process and solution-oriented action. In addition, you have very good communication skills and leadership skills. German and English skills and ca. 20% readiness to travel complete your profile.
