Personnel management: Operational day-to-day business support – you work closely with HR Business partners and carry out various administrative activities in ongoing personnel operations Date management – you coordinate talks with our employees and social partners as well as internal consultations within the HR team Data management and reporting – you support the maintenance of employee data, initial evaluations and contribute to the processing of HR reports Recruiting Team Recruiting team support – you work on administrative and organizational tasks in the application process You organize and implement the 'Welcome Journey' for new employees You get practical insights into the recruiting environment of a group In addition: Participation in team meetings and personnel talks – you get insights into internal HR processes and strategic topics Working with HR projects – you bring your own ideas and support the implementation of current projects in the human resources sector
