We are looking for a full-time dispatcher (m/w/d) for railway logistics. This activity is carried out at the Dormagen site.

Your main tasks:

Customer acceptance and confirmation

dispose of our routes and ranking services of all Chempark sites in a three-shift operation.

PVG processing (Central DV system from DB Cargo for transmission of wagon data)

Daily truck deployment planning in coordination with the vehicle management

close contact with our customers, engineers and car masters and their colleagues in the MRP.

Information about faults

Trassenbestellung/Planung ad hoc (e.g. special drives) incl. Distribution of the schedule arrangement and settlement of the special journeys

clarification and documentation of irregularities (e.g. events)

Disposition of train formation

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Basic knowledge English

Computer knowledge (SAP, MS-Office)

driving licence class B desirable
