Contact function: You are technical contact for our railway operations as well as for soft and hardware suppliers. Disorder management: You work together with manufacturers to troubleshoot passenger information systems, automatic passenger counters and WLAN systems. Fleet monitoring: You monitor the state of our fleet and take action if necessary. Stakeholder communication: You'll start well-founded demand analyses and provide information for various internal and external stakeholders. System administration: Together with your team, you take care and care of telematics subsystems. Support: You support our employees in the workshops in the maintenance of telematics hardware. Further development: You actively contribute to the optimization and digitization of our workflows. Customer support: After being incorporated, you are responsible for the technical requirements of our client.

Qualification: You are an IT specialist with enthusiasm for hardware and software or electronics with a strong IT knowledge. Language competence: You have very good German skills (C1 level). Technology understanding: You have profound knowledge in HTML and XML. Data affinity: You are fit in Microsoft Excel – ideally with Power Query and Power BI – and know you with SharePoint. Agility: Working according to SCRUM and using agile methods is of course for you. Team & communication strength: You are happy to work in the team and can represent your concerns with different stakeholders.
