Responsibility for (further) development of customer-centric digital solutions along the entire customer journey in the domain “OmniSolutions” Requirement and prioritisation of new digital products or services as a central interface between the Union Investment Group units, the banks of the cooperative financial group and the sales platforms Control of agile projects for the realization of digital, omnichannel-capable services in the web and app environment Focus on customer centering in the design of digital solutions Close cooperation with other disciplines of the Union Investment Group to develop and further develop the product range Presentation of products and solutions to management and sales partners
