Overall responsibility for the project development of commercial and logistics properties over the entire life cycle (from the site idea to planning and building law to the realization and optimization) Professional, disciplinary and strategic leadership of a nationwide team Further development of the area strategy, including budget, KPI and earnings responsibility Development, evaluation and implementation of commercial and location concepts Control of location and market analyses and the economic assessment of projects Responsibility for cost-effectiveness calculations, business cases and investment and earnings potential Control of planning and construction processes (construction planning, permits etc.) Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners (architect:inside, planner:inside, authorities, construction companies, investor:inside) Negotiation and conclusion of contracts, e.g. land, construction and project contracts Active stakeholder management as well as building and maintaining a sustainable network Sparringspartner:in for management and committees, incl. creation of decision templates Company representation to owners, politics, administration and public Control of change and optimization processes in the area of responsibility Responsibility for the further development of digital and AI-based solutions in project development

Completed studies in the economic, technical or residential area (e.g. BWL, real estate, architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, etc.) Multiannual (min. 5 years) Leadership experience in project development or real estate environment Found professional experience with commercial properties, ideally in food retail (LEH) Experiences found in: Project and Construction Management Construction, planning and property law Economic Accounts and Business Cases
