Development, development and optimization of production and process processes in the automation sector Analysis of production processes for deriving technical measures and implementing efficient and robust process solutions Programming, adaptation and optimization of control software (Siemens S7 Classic, TIA Portal, Safety) to improve process engineering processes Integration and optimization of drive technology to ensure stable and reproducible processes Development and maintenance of visualizations (TIA HMI, WinCC 7.x) for the transparent representation and monitoring of process states Planning and implementation of retrofits performing functional testing and commissioning in the context of process changes (electronics, control software, visualizations, communication technology) Processing interdisciplinary tasks at the interface between process engineering, automation, production and maintenance Implementation of digitalization projects to increase process data availability, efficiency and transparency Integration of state-of-the-art automation and IT technologies to network systems and support process engineering improvements Professional leadership of craftsmen as well as responsibility in the associated plant area Project management including appointment and budget planning Creation of specifications and functional descriptions for internal projects and external service providers

Complete technical university studies (e.g. automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics) – ideally complemented by technical training and an interest in the development and optimization of process engineering processes Professional experience in automation or process development, in particular in the context of production engineering plants Funded knowledge in the design of machines and process engineering systems, ideally focusing on process analysis, process optimization and technological plant rebuilding Understanding the Relationships between Process Engineering, Automation and IT Embossed analytical skills to understand, structure and develop complex production and process processes Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working, coupled with the ability to work quickly into new technical processes
