Customer Service Manager Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing (m/f/d)

Team leadership: expert and disciplined leadership of a team of 10–15 technicians and commercial employees. Employee development: promotion, development and coaching of team members through regular feedback talks. Resource planning: Responsibility for the deployment, capacity and utilization planning of the entire team. Culture & Onboarding: Building a powerful, independent team culture and accompaniment of recruiting and onboarding processes. Economic control: Economic and organizational control of the customer service area as well as analysis and optimization of key figures. Service Quality: Ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction and taking over escalation management. Innovation & Digitization: Development of innovative service concepts (HKLS) as well as introduction of digital processes and predictive maintenance tools.

Qualification: Master, technician or completed studies in the field of supply technology, building technology or HKLS. Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience in customer service, service or in technical facility management. Management competence: First or multi-year leadership experience with personnel responsibility. Soft Skills: Embossed ability to motivate, develop and inspire people for common goals. Mindset: Entrepreneurial thinking characterized by a high customer and solution orientation. IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel), digital services and ideally ERP systems (e.g. PDS). Operation: Structured, decision-making, combined with communication strength, enforcement capacity and empathy.
