Your tasks The way from SAP PM to S/4HANA EAM is not a pure IT project for many industrial companies, but an intervention in the heart of their maintenance. You are the one who makes this change technically tangible and ensures that in the end not only a system is running, but maintenance is really better: Plants and processes really understand: You enter the maintenance and asset management processes of your customers – from maintenance strategy to maintenance orders to spare parts logistics – and recognise where SAP PM and S/4HANA EAM offer real leverage. Requirement management as the core of your work: You translate what is needed in the factory hall into a viable solution, professionally and economically. No solution from the bar, but one that fits the customer's operation. Winning decision-makers: You argue at management level with availability, downtime and cost-effectiveness and make complex relationships tangible. Sure, where others are hesitating: Even if an initial position is unclear or processes are not described clean anywhere, you bring structure into it and find the entry.
