As Product Designer (m/w/d) in the growing internal product team, you are the voice of our users:inside. Their mission is to transform complex legal processes into simple, elegant and efficient digital experiences. You assume the end-to-end responsibility for the user experience and the user interface of our products. Responsive design functionality, establish processes and create a visual identity that radiates trust and professionalism. User Research & Conception: You immerse themselves in the world of our users:inside, perform interviews, create personas and user journeys to fully understand their needs and challenges. Wireframing & Prototyping: You translate complex requirements into logical user flows, Wireframes and interactive prototypes to quickly visualize and validate concepts. Visual & UI Design: You create pixel-precise, aesthetically demanding and brand-friendly mockups and high-fidelity designs for our applications. Build and maintain a design system: you develop and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency in product development. Close cooperation in the product team: As a strategic person, you work closely with the Product Owns to align user needs with the business objectives, and with the Engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of the designs. Control of external partners: If necessary, you control external service providers:inside or freelancer and ensure the quality of your work. Usability testing: You plan and accompany usability tests, analyze the feedback and derive iterative improvements for our products.

Experience: You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience as UI/UX designers, product designers or in a similar role, ideally in the context of complex B2B applications or SaaS products. Portfolio: Through a meaningful portfolio, you are convinced that your skills in UX methodology, visual design and problem solving are impressively demonstrated. Methodology: You are available through a strong UX method knowledge, from research to testing, and know when which method is the greatest value. Design tools: You mastery common design and prototyping tools such as Figma. System thinking: You not only think in individual screens, but in holistic systems and have experience in building design systems. Communication strength: You are able to present your design decisions convincingly and discuss them with stakeholders and internal and external teams. Personality & Vision: You are a proactive personality capable of building the design function independently and developing a clear vision for the user experience of our products. Language skills: Their knowledge of German is at native level (C2) in word and writing.
