As an inside sales manager:in (m/w/d), you are close to our product and work closely with the product team to best serve our existing customers. You develop and optimize customer relationships by creating targeted product offerings and actively improving their use of our solutions. Together with the product team, you strategically position product features and make sure our customers get the maximum added value from our products. You monitor our free trial customers, identify potentials based on relevant KPIs and accompany them on the way to conversion. In addition, you think Webinare is our SMB customers, inform them about product features, current HR trends and updates on different job portals. In close cooperation with internal stakeholders, you ensure that our sales and product strategies are optimally interlinked. You will report directly to our Director Sales.

You have collected at least seven years of experience in Inside Sales, ideally in a light-touch environment where you worked with scalable and automated sales processes. You are familiar with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and have successfully worked in a product-led sales environment in the past. Your technical affinity allows you to convey complex products in a comprehensible and convincing way to customers. Thanks to your fluent knowledge of German and English, you can safely communicate with international customers and teams. If you have already worked with HubSpot or Salesforce, this is a clear advantage as you can make our sales processes more efficient.
