For this dynamic environment, we are looking for committed and motivated candidates for purchasing, who want to actively shape the company's further development. At the German location, you take over the overall responsibility for indirect purchasing as well as the purchase of spare parts and are always in close coordination with the central purchasing department at the headquarters You develop and implement purchasing strategies, identify savings potentials and actively drive digitization and automation in purchasing You lead a team consisting of three employees, promote their development and ensure compliance and internal guidelines You maintain and expand existing supplier relationships and identify new sources of procurement You conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers taking into account economic, qualitative and legal frameworks You work with internal stakeholders, analyze needs and stable purchasing processes more efficiently You are responsible for the law-compliant fleet management and optimise contracts, cost structures and sustainability aspects

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration or Economic Engineering (Uni/FH/DH) with the focus on purchasing, as well as a comparable training with the corresponding additional qualification You have well-founded professional experience in a comparable position within a manufacturing medium-sized company, ideally in the indirect sector You provide practice-proven knowledge in operational purchasing, including the negotiation of different contracts and prices from economic and legal considerations with You have very good knowledge in handling the current MS Office package as well as a common ERP system, ideally SAP You master the German language in a safe manner and have fluent English skills in word and writing You perform professionally, have a pronounced negotiation skill as well as a hands-on mentality and are characterized by loyalty You have gained first experience in the implementation of digitalization projects and process optimizations
