Compliance & Regulatory Manager - Construction (m/f/d)

You support the implementation and completion of our construction projects in the respective federal state, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements. You work with respect to all requirements arising from the construction permit, the fire protection concept and other expert opinions and requirements of the local construction supervisory authorities Together with test experts, you will accompany the statutory acceptances of safety-relevant plants and help to trace documented defects until completion You support the coordination of the ordering and integration of the competent experts for fire protection, statics, heat, soundproofing, fuel and environmental protection in order to prepare the construction process In consultation with the regional environmental authorities (registration board) you help to implement the requirements of the Federal Immission Protection Act (BImSchG) You accompany the communication with the local construction supervisory authorities, assist in licensing issues, the integration of the fire protection service and in the timely submission of all advertisements at the start of construction, completion and commissioning Your area of responsibility includes regular visits to the construction site to support audits, collecting and preparing evidence, and participation in the documentation of official inspections As part of the project team, you work closely with the construction site teams, the commercial department and quality management and support the implementation of compliance requirements You contribute to ensuring that the completed buildings and facilities meet the contractual, business and operational requirements of our customers In addition, you will continuously expand your expertise on technical systems in data center buildings as well as building equipment (heating, ventilation, climate, electrical engineering and fire protection) and apply it step by step in the projects

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable technical training Open for graduates with no professional experience and for candidates with up to 5 years of experience – also project managers from adjacent areas are welcome Basic understanding of construction processes and technical building equipment of advantage High interest in project management in the construction of data centers and willingness to work in common tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, to create simple overviews and reports High willingness to learn and develop and motivation to work deep into compliance and regulation requirements in the building industry Embossed communication and team skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Analytical and structured working methods with the potential to assume independent responsibility for subprojects in the medium term German and English knowledge in word and writing Ready to travel
