Creation/processing of import and export orders with local systems (SAP/ASSIST) Monitoring of exports Support for customs checks Administration of special customs procedures Administration of customs authorisations and guarantees Application and administration of export authorisations Creation and transmission of monthly INTRASTAT reports Monitoring and processing of shipping orders for special contracts Takeover of external and internal customer orders for direct customer contact Creating shipping documents in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in cooperation with the authorities (travel law, customs law, BtMG,...) Complete documentation of all shipping operations and transfer to the relevant interfaces Participation in projects

A successfully completed training in the commercial/logistic field or a comparable degree

Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good task-specific English skills desirable

Good knowledge with area-specific computer systems (Microsoft Office, SAP)

Planning competence, team skills and understanding of operational logistics - Import/Export experience desirable

Problem-solving orientation, proactive behaviour and cross-sector thinking and action
