For a renowned customer, we are looking for a field service technician (m/w/d) with a focus on network and IT infrastructure at the Oberkochen site. In this role, you will be able to work independently and at the same time rely on an experienced team.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of network components Installation and exchange of LAN/IPT components (Cisco, Router, Switches) Repair and commissioning of hardware during operation in coordination with production and specialist departments Support for further service technicians:inside the regional area Documentation of activities in the ticket system

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Good knowledge of the network environment (Cisco, LAN, WAN, Router, Switches) Experience with ticket systems of advantage German and good knowledge of English driving licence class B
