You are organising and responsible for the breakfast buffet – from preparation (Mise en place) to preparation to an appealing presentation and ensure a smooth running during the breakfast service. You prepare coffee breaks, lunch buffets as well as meals for meetings and groups and carefully arrange them. By consistently adhering to HACCP, hygiene, quality and safety standards, you always ensure a clean, neat and professional kitchen area. You support goods intake, professional storage and quality control. You work flexibly in the day-to-day business and can also support you in the kitchen. You bring ideas for the further development of our breakfast offer and, if necessary, support the incorporation and instruction of our trainees.

Complete training as cook/kitchen or comparable practical experience in the kitchen Safe handling of HACCP guidelines as well as strong awareness of hygiene, order and cleanliness at work Independent, structured and reliable operation Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English Ready for Early Service (approx. 05:00–14:30), also on weekends and holidays
