You are responsible for funding cases, from the payment of funds to the last repayment. This is often a matter of detail: security releases, re-indebtedness, calculation of susceptibility compensation or complex individual cases in which your patience and your structural feeling are in demand Step by step you will accompany our customers through the process. Mostly everything goes round: The documents are complete, you check, approve and ensure smooth processes. But there are also challenging cases, then stay friendly in the tone and clear in the matter You advise lower administrative authorities, banks, financial service providers and private applicants on all issues relating to funding and loan law – competent, solution-oriented and understandable You will keep in mind the ongoing funding agreements, process processes reliably and on time and safely apply the applicable laws, regulations and funding regulations Existing loans and grants from the State of Rhineland-Palatinate for the construction, acquisition or modernisation of self-utilised housing are also in your area of responsibility And because we are constantly evolving, you get involved in projects or take on special tasks in the field, fresh ideas are expressly welcome

You have completed a training to the bank clerk or bank clerk. Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in credit management, in the area of private building financing.
