The German repair market is leading the Bauserhaltung Directorate and can rely on the comprehensive know-how of its specialist units for building conservation at locations throughout Germany. In cooperation with the subsidiaries TORKRET, Repass Rehabilitation Technology and iCOR, ZÜBLIN offers solutions for all requirements in the repair and maintenance of buildings. Therefore we are looking for a:n dedicated:n Building Manager:in (m/w/d) with the following areas of activity: They are independently responsible for complex construction projects of concrete repair, taking into account the economic and technical objectives They conduct negotiations with entrepreneurs They control the construction process as well as the construction site result control and perform desired/actual comparisons and performance determinations In the context of quality controls, you will check the benefits of your own and foreign services You plan the personnel deployment and actively guide employees in your area of responsibility

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, a completed training as:to civil engineering:in (m/w/d) or a comparable training You have several years of experience in the field of tasks and like to bring them to us Ideally, you have an SIVV appearance They are digitally versed and master the current MS Office programs as well as a billing and costing program (at best RIB iTWO) Your knowledge of German is safe in word and writing - at least Level B2 They think entrepreneurial, are enforceable, communicative and powerful Team spirit and an independent and responsible way of working are of course for you
