In your role as a full lawyer / business lawyer Compliance, you take a central and advisory role in all legal issues.

This means:

Strategic control: You will continue and develop our compliance management system (CMS) in close cooperation with your colleagues in the compliance team and the compliance officer. Risk management: You identify and evaluate proactively potential risks through the implementation of sound risk analyses and derive effective prevention and optimization measures. Knowledge transfer and culture: You are co-responsible for the design, implementation and development of innovative training and awareness campaigns to further anchor compliance across the company. Special topics: You are our expert and contact person for complex legal issues in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-woman, business partner testing as well as supply chain compliance and support in the reporting and case processing. External coordination: If necessary, you tax external lawyers

Funded legal basis: You are a full lawyer or alternatively have a successful degree as an economic lawyer (LL.B. or LL.M.). Compliance expertise: Ideally you bring relevant professional experience in Compliance and relevant additional qualifications (e.g. Certified Compliance Officer). Analytical Strength: Your ability to capture complex legal issues quickly and precisely and to translate them into clear, action-oriented recommendations, will distinguish you. Consultancy and communication skills: You convince with excellent communication strength (written and oral), a high level of consulting skills and a pronounced concept of service in dealing with internal stakeholders. Team player with sovereign appearance: You are a dedicated team player and convince by a friendly, safe and professional appearance.
