(Senior) Controller Portfoliomanagement – Financial Modeling & Portfolio Analytics Real Assets (m/f/d)

Responsibility for budget, forecast and performance analyses at fund and portfolio level Creation, development and quality assurance of integrated financial models for real estate, funds and portfolios Analysis of cash flows, liquidity, payouts, financing and significant returns Interpretation of results and identification of relevant value, return and liquidity drivers Analysis of deviations, Cause clarification and action tracking together with asset and portfolio management Conducting Sensitivity, Scenario and Break-even analyses and deriving concrete action recommendations Creation of hold-and-sell analyses for individual objects, sub-portfolios and funds Support for transaction-related analyses, in particular for modelling purchase, sales and exit scenarios Cash flow, liquidity and distribution planning including covenant monitoring Development of tools, BI reports, processes, data models and automation approaches Managing the Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Asset Management, Auditors, Valuers and other external service providers Management and Investor Reportings are responsible, including Narrative, Insights, Commentation and Decision Relevance Active Analytical Sparring Partner for Portfolio and Fund Management Close cooperation with investment, asset and portfolio management

Economics, real estate or comparable studies At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in investment management, fund controlling or Real Estate Transaction Advisory Ideally experience in fund management, real estate management and/or property related transactions Very good knowledge in creating and developing integrated financial models in MS Excel Experience in modelling and analysis of real estate cash flows at object, fund or portfolio level Safe handling of return, valuation, financing, exit, sensitivity and scenario models Experience with hold-and-sell analyses or comparable economic and action alternatives Ability to derive results not only by calculation, but to interpret them economically and to identify causes and essential value drivers Very good know-how in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Strong affinity for property-related user software, for example Immopac Ideal knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA or Python Very good German knowledge and good to very good English knowledge Representative initiative, opinion and ability to critically question assumptions and results High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
